Heather JoanFREEMANpassed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday 22nd May 2018, aged 89 years at Weyspring Park Care Home. She will be sadly missed by her four children, Liz, Sarah, Nicola and Richard, All her grandchildren, great grandchildren and all who knew her. She is now reunited with her husband Jerry. Her funeral service will take place on Tuesday 19th June 2018, 13.30 at Guildford Crematorium. The family have requested family flowers only.
